Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted alternatively by Marg and Claire that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky (at Marg's this week) any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries!Books:
Infamous by Suzanne Brockmann - Yay! I'm a Brockmann fangirl! And because Jill loved it!
Movies:
Music:
This is War by Thirty Seconds to Mars - Jared Leto playing music? 'Nuff said. Anyone recall him singing in the band as Jordan Catalano on My So-Called Life?! Sigh.
I'm curious about Hex Hall, I've seen some reviews on it and I added it to my list of books to read soon but it keeps getting bumped down. I look forward to reading your thoughts on that book.
ReplyDeleteAlso, is Infamous an oldie that was reprinted or no? I'm curious about that book as well.
Rowena, I just updated my post and linked to John's review of Hex Hall. I'm looking forward to it.
ReplyDeleteInfamous is brand new! Her first paperback non-reprint in like...6 years! I also just updated my post and linked to Jill's review. She loved it! I'm reading it now and am really enjoying it!
I'm not familiar with any of the books, but I really liked An Education.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your loot!
Claire, An Education was intereting. My roommate and I watched it and it was so uncomfortable watching it. You know the other shoe was going to drop at some point you just didn't know what it was going to be. A very interesting movie indeed!
ReplyDeleteI've heard good things about Hex Hall but haven't read it yet. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteYay, someone else who posts about the music they borrow from the library!
ReplyDeleteI feel as though I should have read Suzanne Brockman but it just hasn't happened yet!
Enjoy your loot!
Marg, yes I get a lot of music out from the library! Movies too!
ReplyDeleteI really liked Brockmann she's one of my favorites. I was excited b/c this was one of her first NEW non-SEAL books in like...6 years! You should definitely give her a go!
